And then you get to know…

1st you bite your hand. Then force your teeth even harder. At 1st it pains a little, then a bit more, then a LOT more. Blood comes out. You release your hand. It’s blue now, perhaps with a blood-clot. The pain is unbearable. You want to scream. But you don’t. Because you know it will heal with time. Next day, the area becomes numb. You feel a part of yours doesn’t exist and strangely, you feel happy about it. Because at least it doesn’t hurt you anymore. Then, suddenly, from nowhere someone rubs salt to that blood-clotted area. And the numbness vanishes. You realize, you have not fully recovered.

So, the question is, "where do you stand now?"

lol!! the age old conflict between doing whats right and what your soul tells you to. But still there's scope to be optimistic, at least the realization dint come after u thought u've recovered... then it would have been much more painstaking. There are two effects of these kinds of poking, the momentary is that u bleed even more, but in long term basis, u become resistant :).and all of us want to heal.ryt?
